After selecting the device you will have a Pop up windows show up the device with a option to start monitoring but it will also have a option to delete the device in the shape of a trash can. Once on this page the quickest way to find the device you are wanting to remove would be to use the Show Device List at the Lower right hand corner of the page. As this will allow you to find the device quickly.ĩ.
This will bring you to a View of all devices in WUG that are either being monitor or in a Unmonitored status.Ĩ. Next you will have to go to the Discover tab at the top of the page and Choose the Discovered Network to delete the Unmonitored device.ħ. It places the device in a status of Unmonitored.Ħ. Doing this step does not delete the device from WUG. Choose this option and the device should be removed from the group.ĥ. This will bring up a Window where you will have top press "OK". One of these options will be to Delete the device.Ĥ. After selecting the device you can the right click on the Icon in the map to bring up a list of options for that device. It does not matter if the group is an Auto Layout or Custom Layout.ģ. Select the device you wish to delete from the group it is in. To do this first click on the My Network at the top of the page as it will give you access to Auto Layouts and Custom Layouts.Ģ. You will need to first delete the device from the My Network groups. To completely remove the device you will have to visit both areas. The following steps below will need to be followed all the way or it will not fully remove the device.ġ. There are two areas a device can reside " My Network" and " Discover". A prompt will come up asking to confirm the action and asking if you want to delete the device from the Discovered network area as well. Select the device you want to delete on the My Network map, right click and select delete device. Delete Device in versions 18.X, 19.X, 20.X, 21.X
